Shipping policy

All Turn & Burn Moto apparel is made to order, meaning your items are created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days from your order date for your order to be completed and prepared for shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once our supplies arrive, each piece is individually pressed, checked for quality, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

While we do our best to stay within our estimated turnaround time, occasional delays with apparel suppliers, transfer printing, inventory availability, or shipping carriers may occur. If a significant delay affects your order, we will communicate that with you.

SHIPPING RATES

Turn & Burn Moto offers $6.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $75.

Orders of $75 or more ship FREE.

We do not currently offer local pickup.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has been completed and your package is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Turn & Burn Moto is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If an issue occurs during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.

Please remember that our made-to-order processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Our 10–15 business day turnaround refers to the time needed to order materials, create, quality-check, package, and prepare your order for shipment. Shipping transit time begins after your package leaves Turn & Burn Moto.
