Welcome to Turn & Burn Moto. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing from Turn & Burn Moto, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms before completing your purchase.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to make the purchase.

You may not use our products, website, designs, images, or other content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product availability issues, or incorrect order information.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Turn & Burn Moto is a made-to-order apparel shop. Products are produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed rather than being kept fully pre-made and ready to ship.

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days from your order date for your order to be completed and prepared for shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Occasional supplier, inventory, transfer-printing, or other production delays may occur. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.

ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing a purchase, including:

Product and design
Garment style
Size
Color
Quantity
Shipping address

Because products are made to order, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled once materials have been ordered or production has begun.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

All Turn & Burn Moto sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, color preference, or change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must contact Turn & Burn Moto within 3 business days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

After the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement of the affected item or store credit.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or store credit.

Our separate Return & Store Credit Policy provides additional information and is incorporated into these Terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products, designs, garment colors, descriptions, and sizing information.

Some product images may be digital mockups. Actual garment and print colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment dye variations, manufacturing differences, print production, and design placement.

Minor variations of this nature are not considered product defects.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change product pricing, availability, promotions, and product offerings without prior notice. Any pricing changes will not alter the price of an order that has already been properly completed, except where correction is permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

SHIPPING

Turn & Burn Moto currently offers $6.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $75 and free shipping on orders of $75 or more, subject to the conditions stated on our website.

We do not currently offer local pickup.

Made-to-order processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Turn & Burn Moto is not responsible for carrier delays or theft after confirmed delivery, except to the extent required by applicable law. If a shipment is lost or otherwise experiences a carrier issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Turn & Burn Moto name, branding, original graphics, website content, photographs, text, and other original materials owned by Turn & Burn Moto may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without permission.

Third-party trademarks, artwork, or other materials, if any, remain the property of their respective owners.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We may modify, discontinue, or update portions of our website, products, collections, or services at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions, errors, or technical issues.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and other service providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through our store is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Payment information may be processed by Shopify and/or applicable third-party payment providers rather than directly by Turn & Burn Moto.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Turn & Burn Moto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
